Can I still have a discontinued style repaired?

If your sunglasses are in need of repair and are a discontinued style, don’t worry! We keep parts for all styles for quite some time after production has ended. We first recommend reaching out to an optometrist in your area that sells Maui Jim sunglasses. They will be able to order parts, assist with repairs, and provide pricing information! Please note, they may charge a fee for the service or shipping.

To locate an optician near you that can assist, please search your location on Our Store Locator, and filter by “Sunglasses with Prescription” to only see trained optician’s offices.

You are also welcome to send your sunglasses to us directly if you would prefer. If your style comes up as "discontinued" when filling out the Repair Page, simply click the style name and then proceed with completing the repair form. When your Maui Jim eyewear arrives for repair, our technicians will determine if we have parts available to fulfil your repair request. In the event that we no longer have the parts to get them back to pristine condition, our team will reach out to you to discuss all available options. No matter what the situation is, we will find a solution!

*If you are having trouble with how to move forward with the style selection process, the image below will help. When completing our online Repair Page, please click the style name and (discontinued) from the drop-down once you have entered your style information to proceed through the process.
