If you are only in need of nose pads, great news! For most styles, we can send you new nose pads free of charge. To begin, please visit our Repair Page. Once you have identified your style on the form, select "Add" under "Need Nose Pads?" (pictured below). From there, the form will indicate if your sunglasses qualify for nose pads to be sent to you or not.
Please Note: If you select anything other than just "nose pads", or you select "I don't know my style," you will be required to send in your sunglasses to our repair team. This is because we cannot send out other repair parts to consumers, and we have several different nose pad styles. Without identifying your style, we would not be able to send out nose pads.
If yours is a style where we cannot send out nose pads, or you have other parts in need of repair, we recommend you first reach out to an optometrist in your area that sells Maui Jim sunglasses. They will be able to order parts, assist with repairs, and provide pricing information. Please note, they may charge a fee for the service or shipping.
To locate an optician near you that can assist, please search your location on Our Store Locator and filter by “Sunglasses with Prescription” to only see trained optician’s offices.
If you only need the nose pads, but they cannot be sent out to you, you are also welcome to send your sunglasses to our Nordic repair facility for new nose pads through us directly. You will be given instructions for sending in your sunglasses for repair once you complete the repair form.
