Our two-year warranty covers defects in materials and craftsmanship. Damage caused by normal wear or accidental damage, such as scratched lenses, would not be covered. While we typically recommend taking your damaged sunglasses to an optician in your area that sells Maui Jims for repair services, warranty repairs do need to be evaluated in our facility to determine coverage. The repair form will automatically show pricing outside of warranty. However, until a warranty determination is made, the only fee you are responsible for is the processing fee. If repairs are found to be outside of warranty, we will contact you to discuss the next steps before any additional fees are incurred. To only include payment for the processing fee, you can leave the 'charge approval' box unchecked or click the 'pay by check' box at the end of the form.
