Is my warranty still valid even if I don’t have my receipt?

If you don’t have your receipt or proof of purchase, no worries! We are always happy to evaluate your sunglasses and your situation to see what we can do to help. Simply provide us with the approximate month and year of purchase on the Summary Page of your repair form, and we will be happy to evaluate your sunglasses for warranty repair.  For warranty evaluation, we will need to physically inspect them at our repair office to determine coverage.

Maui Jim honors a 2-year manufacturer's defect warranty. This covers defects made in the manufacturing of the sunglasses, and does not extend to accidental damage or normal wear and tear.

The repair form will automatically show pricing outside of warranty. However, until a warranty determination is made, the only fee you are responsible for is the processing fee. If repairs are found to be outside of warranty, we will contact you to discuss the next steps before any additional fees are incurred. To only include payment for the processing fee, you can leave the 'charge approval' box unchecked or click the 'pay by check' box at the end of the form.
