Can I exchange or get a refund for sunglasses I received as a gift?

We always hope you or your recipient loves the gifted sunglasses, but we know that may not always be the case. Thankfully, we have options!

Our office does issue refunds for sunglasses purchased directly through, within 30 days to the original card used for the purchase. For gifts, we can issue the recipient a Maui Jim gift card for the price of the sunglasses being returned within this 30-day window. To do this, we require the original order number. When purchased outside, exchanges/returns are handled directly through the retailer where the sunglasses were purchased.
