Our office does issue refunds for sunglasses purchased directly through www.mauijim.com, within 30 days to the original card used for the purchase. For gifts, we can issue the recipient a Maui Jim gift card for the price of the sunglasses being returned within this 30-day window. To do this, we require the original order number. When purchased outside www.mauijim.com, exchanges/returns are handled directly through the retailer where the sunglasses were purchased.
