To redeem your code, select your style and add it to your shopping cart. As you proceed to check out, click the “All Access Card, Gift Card, VIP Card, or Mahalo to Heroes?” link when viewing your shopping cart.
You can then enter the 16-digit card number and PIN into the fields that pop up. To get back to this page, simply click the Maui Jim logo at the top of the page, then the shopping cart in the upper right corner.
