What will appear in my order history?

Orders* placed on the website while logged into your Maui Jim account first will appear in your order history. Purchases made while not logged in will not be saved in your order history, and we are unable to make that order appear in your account. If you want to check the status of your order you can contact us via chat, at sales.us@mauijim.com or give us a call toll-free at 888-666-5905 and we would be happy to give you an update on the status of your order.


*Repairs will only appear once the sunglasses have arrived and been checked in for repair if the quotation is filled out while logged in or if you create an account once you've submitted the repair request.
