Can I send photos of my sunglasses in order to determine warranty coverage?

We are happy to evaluate your sunglasses for warranty coverage. In order to accurately and thoroughly assess the problem, we need to physically inspect the frame and lenses of your sunglasses. Only then can we determine if your sunglasses are covered under warranty.
