What is your warranty policy?

Maui Jim sunglasses are warrantied to the original purchaser for two years from the date of purchase against any defect in materials and workmanship, when purchased from an authorized Maui Jim retailer.  This warranty is void if the original lenses or frames are altered.  Maui Jim will repair or replace any pair of Maui Jim sunglasses found to be defective—exclusive of damage caused by improper or unreasonable use. This warranty does not apply to normal wear, including lens scratching or accidental breakage. This warranty does not cover the shipping cost to our repair facility. Sunglasses must be evaluated in house to determine warranty coverage, and a standard processing fee would apply. For more information, please visit our Repair Page.

Please Note: The repair form will automatically show pricing outside of warranty. However, until a warranty determination is made, the only fee you are responsible for is the processing fee. If repairs are found to be outside of warranty, we will contact you to discuss the next steps before any additional fees are incurred. To only include payment for the processing fee, you can leave the 'charge approval' box unchecked or click the 'pay by check' box at the end of the form.
