Can I send photos of my sunglasses in order to determine warranty coverage?

We are happy to evaluate your sunglasses for warranty coverage. However, in order to accurately and thoroughly assess the problem, we will need to physically inspect the frame and lenses of your sunglasses at our repair facility. Only then can we determine if your sunglasses are covered under warranty.

Maui Jim honours a 2-year manufacturer's defect warranty. This covers defects made in the manufacturing of the sunglasses, and does not extend to accidental damage or normal wear and tear.

Please Note: If your sunglasses are found to be outside of warranty, our repair team will contact you to discuss their findings and to have any repair charges approved by you beforehand.  To learn more and start the repair process, please visit the Repair Page.

The repair form will automatically show pricing outside of warranty. However, until a warranty determination is made, the only fee you are responsible for is the processing fee. If repairs are found to be outside of warranty, we will contact you to discuss the next steps before any additional fees are incurred. To only include payment for the processing fee, you can leave the 'charge approval' box unchecked or click the 'pay by check' box at the end of the form.
