We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping and Returns on all full-price orders for a new pair of Maui Jim’s. Free Shipping does not apply to VIP, select gift card orders, repairs, or nose pads. Shipping and taxes are applicable in these types of orders, as free shipping only applies to full-priced orders for new sunglasses.
We also provide free shipping on website order returns within 30 days of purchase. Please email sales.ca@mauijim.com to request a Waybill to process your return. Shipping credit will not be issued on returns for orders that do not qualify for free standard shipping.
For repair orders, we do not offer free shipping. We do ask you cover the shipping to us, but your sunglasses can be shipped to us using any shipping carrier of your choice. Return shipping back to you is covered with the standard processing fee. Please visit our Repair Page for more details.
