Do I get a refund or a credit for returns?

Once we receive your return items, including the packing list you received with your order, a credit will be issued back in the original form of payment within 5-7 business days. If you did not receive a packing list or Waybill, please reach out to us via phone (1-888-666-5905) or email (customercare@mauijim.com).

Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for a credit to appear on your bank statement (this depends on how your bank/credit card company has their credit schedule set). If a type of Maui Jim VIP Card was used at the time of purchase, it will be reissued via email and available for a new order once the return is processed.
