Your satisfaction is our top priority. You may return any sunglasses or merchandise purchased from the Maui Jim website, including custom-designed styles through our MyMaui® program, for a refund within 30 days of your purchase. You will also need to include the packing list you received with your original order. If you did not receive a packing list or Waybill (for Canada), please reach out to us via phone (1-888-666-5905) or email (customercare@mauijim.com).
To qualify for the refund, all products must be in the original case and/or packaging and in perfect, resalable condition. Please note, any original shipping fees are non-refundable. If a type of Maui Jim Gift Card or VIP Card was used at the time of purchase, it will be reissued via email and available for a new order once the return is processed.
